FRANK STARTED HIS PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CAREER AT ST. MIRREN.  MOVING TO WEST HAM UNITED WHERE HE BECAME A HUGE HIT OFF AND ON THE FIELD, THE EPITOME OF THE 80'S PLAYBOY FOOTBALLER


FRANK WAS NOT JUST A MAJOR FIGURE ON THE FOOTBALL SCENE BUT ALSO ON THE PARTY CIRCUIT WITH HIS CHAMPAGNE LIFESTYLE AND PENCHANT FOR STUNNING WOMEN COMPANIONS, EVEN MAKING IT ON TO ‘WOGAN’


HE HELPED WEST HAM FINISH IN THE TOP THREE IN ENGLAND BEFORE CELTIC MANAGER BILLY McNEILL SIGNED HIM IN 1987. NOW A SCOTLAND INTERNATIONAL, FRANK WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN THE TEAM WINNING THE LEAGUE AND CUP DOUBLE IN THEIR CENTENARY YEAR
